Operator and scope
The Stack Royale is operated by Revaais Entertainment Private Limited, CIN U93290CH2025PTC046483, at SCO 15, Upper Ground & First Floor, Sector 5, Panchkula, Haryana 134109.
Membership is a personal, revocable permission to use the club under the membership pack and applicable law. It does not create ownership, shareholding, a partnership or voting rights. The operative permissions and applicable law prevail.
Admission and acceptance
Applicants must be at least 18, complete the admission and KYC process, pay the applicable fee and receive approval. Membership and cards cannot be transferred, lent or shared.
The complete membership pack, its versions, fees and effective dates must be made available before admission. Contract acceptance and any required personal-data consent are recorded separately. Optional marketing, image and leaderboard consents are separate affirmative choices and are not conditions of membership.
Browsing the website or submitting an enquiry does not accept the membership pack, create membership, reserve a seat or authorise a payment. The public website does not collect KYC documents, membership signatures, stakes or chip payments.
Play and payments
Play is physical, among eligible members, under the posted formats and table rules. The company is not a player or counterparty and does not guarantee game outcomes or settle members’ private gains and losses.
The supplied agreement provides for fixed membership and service fees, with no rake, pot share or charge linked to a hand, result or volume of play. Obtain the current approved fee schedule and taxes at reception before agreeing or paying.
Chips are issued and redeemed through the cashier under the pack and daily limits. No credit or lending is permitted. Do not pay an individual employee or another player for club membership.
Refunds, suspension and changes
An application fee for a declined application is refundable within seven working days to the source account. Other refunds depend on the applicable membership clauses, including resignation, termination, incapacity, death, a qualifying closure or a material change. Ask for the complete terms before purchase; this summary does not calculate a refund entitlement.
The agreement requires an opportunity to respond and a reasoned process for suspension or expulsion, subject to immediate protective action where appropriate. For concerns, use the grievance procedure.
The agreement provides advance notice for relevant changes and prospective fee revisions. The current reception pack controls the applicable terms.
Lawful rights and website use
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security, impersonate others or submit false particulars. Club artwork and branding may not be reused without permission.
Nothing in this overview excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer remedies, reporting wrongdoing, lawful evidence production or claims for fraud or other non-excludable liability.
