Fair play and conduct
Collusion leads to immediate disqualification and removal from the table. Cheating, signalling, soft-play, chip-dumping and shared decisions are prohibited. Any further disciplinary action follows the membership agreement and its opportunity to respond.
One player, one hand. Do not consult, advise or make a decision for another player. Do not talk about or discuss the hand in multiway pots.
Reveal your hole cards as required by the game variant at showdown. Keep cards on or above the table and follow the posted showdown procedure.
Do not use phones during a hand. Keep phones silent and face-down; other electronic devices and remote assistance are prohibited at the table.
Do not splash the pot. Act in turn, make clear declarations and keep higher-denomination chips visible at all times.
Raise an objection immediately, before the next hand is dealt. Do not argue at the table; call the floor. The house decision is final on table procedure for the purposes of play. Statutory complaint and legal rights remain available.
No chips or not being in your seat means no hand is dealt. No standby chips without approval; do not leave chips at a table or with staff when leaving.
Standard call time is two hours of play plus one hour call time. This does not replace the responsible-play breaks or daily duration limits.
Player etiquette
No abuse, threats, harassment or disrespect towards management, staff or other players. Do not make personal remarks about players; repeated conduct may lead to removal.
No smoking at the tables. Follow the club’s smoking restrictions and staff directions.
Highly intoxicated players will not be allowed to play. Staff may stop play where a member appears distressed or impaired.
Entry, privacy and safety
Admission is for verified members aged 18 or over. Membership cards are personal and non-transferable. Any permitted guest must be verified, accompanied and must not play or handle chips; ask reception about the guest arrangements currently in force.
Smart casual dress is required. Follow reception’s posted dress rules, security checks and occupancy limits. Keep emergency routes clear and follow staff instructions.
Photography, recording and live-streaming are restricted on the premises. These restrictions do not remove lawful rights to report wrongdoing, provide evidence to a competent authority or seek legal advice.
Only posted game formats and structures apply. No online or remote play, side bets, house-banked games, loans or credit are permitted.
