Panchkula / CCTV and security

A safer, private club.

A public overview of the club’s CCTV, security and lawful disclosure policy.

Online policy overview · updated 4 November 2026. Read the complete membership pack and notices at reception before admission. This overview does not replace the signed pack or record membership acceptance.

Where cameras operate

The club’s policy provides CCTV coverage at entrances and exits, reception, gaming areas and tables, cashier areas, corridors and other operational zones. There are no cameras in toilets or changing areas. The policy provides for no audio recording or facial recognition. Entrance notices identify CCTV use.

Retention and access

The policy sets a rolling retention period of 90 days. Footage connected to an incident, complaint or enquiry is preserved until resolution and for one further year, with longer preservation where a lawful hold applies.

Access is restricted to authorised personnel and logged. Recordings are not used for marketing or entertainment and are not routinely shared with members. Lawful requests from competent authorities are handled and recorded under the policy.

Preserving footage for a complaint

Ask promptly, within seven days, for footage of a specified time and place to be preserved. Contact Grievance Officer Anirudh Sharma on +91 83780 00053 or submit a written request at reception.

Preservation does not guarantee that footage can be supplied directly to you. Disclosure must take account of applicable law, other people’s privacy and lawful official process.

The website does not access the club’s cameras. Opening this page does not activate a camera or make a recording.
