Limits and time
The club applies daily deposit and transaction limits, displayed before play. You may ask for a lower personal limit at any time. Raising a personal limit back to the standard limit takes effect only after seven days. Staff cannot override a limit block.
After three continuous hours of play, take a break of at least twenty minutes. Stop play after eight hours in a Club Day. Changing tables, re-entering or a staff shift change does not reset these periods. A Club Day runs from 6 a.m. to 5:59 a.m. the following day.
No credit, markers, loans, IOUs or deferred payments. Lending and borrowing between members on the premises are prohibited.
Cooling off and self-exclusion
Ask reception for Form B to request a cooling-off period of 24–72 hours, or self-exclusion for one, three, six or twelve months, or indefinitely. Exclusion takes effect immediately and is confidential.
An exclusion cannot be shortened during its period. It bars play, issue of chips and access to gaming areas. Lounge and dining access continue unless you request otherwise, subject to the club’s access arrangements. No marketing is sent to excluded members.
After a fixed exclusion ends, return requires a written request, Compliance Officer review and a further 48-hour cooling-off period. An indefinite exclusion is reviewed only on a request made at least six months after it began.
Ask for support
Tell the floor or reception if you need to pause or stop. Staff may intervene where they see distress, chasing losses, intoxication or impairment. They must not encourage continued play or a membership upgrade in response to distress.
For a confidential request, speak to Compliance Officer Anirudh Sharma on +91 83780 00053 or ask for him at reception. Support resources in force are displayed at the club.
