Who is responsible
Revaais Entertainment Private Limited operates The Stack Royale and is responsible for the club’s handling of applicant, member and visitor information. The premises are at SCO 15, Upper Ground & First Floor, Sector 5, Panchkula, Haryana 134109.
This page summarises the supplied club Privacy Policy and adds the website’s specific enquiry and map disclosures. The complete membership notice is available at reception. Personal-data obligations apply according to the law and its commencement; this page does not claim every provision is already in force.
Website enquiries
The enquiry form sends your name, mobile number, topic and optional message through Resend to tsrpanchkula@gmail.com and hello@thestackroyale.club so the club can respond. Enquiries are for adults aged 18 or over. Do not include identity documents or sensitive information.
The website does not keep a database of enquiry details. Resend processes and stores email data in the United States to deliver the enquiry; the club receives it in its email mailboxes. The enquiry is retained in the club mailbox so it can respond. Limited hashed request references and timestamps help prevent abuse and duplicate delivery. Hosting providers may process ordinary request and security information.
Enquiry contact consent does not subscribe you to marketing, confirm membership or stand in for membership KYC consent. For a website enquiry or deletion request, contact hello@thestackroyale.club.
Club information and purposes
The club policy covers identity and masked KYC records; membership, payment and access records; cashier, session, limit and break records; self-exclusion and incidents; CCTV; communications and grievances; document-acceptance records; and necessary network-security metadata. Voluntary nominee, welfare and accommodation information is used for the purpose for which it is supplied.
Information is used to check age and identity, manage membership and cashier controls, protect safety and game integrity, respond to concerns, keep accounts and comply with lawful obligations and official requests. The policy prohibits collecting full Aadhaar numbers, biometrics or card credentials and asking for PINs, passwords, OTPs or CVVs.
Consent and sharing
Where consent is required, it is obtained separately and affirmatively. Marketing, displaying a name on a leaderboard and use of an image or testimonial each need a separate optional consent defaulting to No. Consent is not inferred merely from entry or agreement acceptance.
The club policy permits necessary disclosures to competent authorities, contracted verification/payment/IT/security providers and professional advisers, limited to the lawful purpose. Personal data is not sold or shared with other members. Overseas processing is subject to applicable law and provider arrangements; the website’s Resend processing in the United States is disclosed above.
Retention and security
The club policy specifies 90 days for rolling CCTV, with incident footage preserved until resolution and one further year; five years after membership for masked KYC records; 90 days from the decision or last contact for rejected or abandoned applications; and deletion of verification document images once the masked record is made, in any event within thirty days.
Other categories have different periods: electronic acceptance for membership plus three years; grievance and incident records for three years after closure; financial records for the applicable accounting/tax period; self-exclusion records for five years, with an indefinite marker until properly revoked. Legal holds can extend retention. The full schedule is available at reception.
The policy requires access controls, protected storage, restricted/logged CCTV access, confidentiality, lawful incident handling and recorded deletion. Website enquiry email is handled as described above, including Resend’s processing in the United States.
Your choices and requests
Contact Grievance Officer Sh. Anirudh Sharma on +91 83780 00053 or in writing at the club to request access information, correction, deletion where permitted, withdrawal of consent or grievance review. Requests are handled within the applicable legal period and in any event within thirty days. Some records must be retained by law or for a lawful hold.
Withdrawing a consent necessary to meet admission conditions may prevent continued access; the consequences must be explained. Optional marketing can be withdrawn without affecting membership. Statutory remedies remain available as applicable.
The club does not admit children. Information incidentally captured about an under-18 person is limited to refusal, safety or necessary lawful purposes and handled with applicable safeguards.
